As an Astrophysics student at King’s College London and an Astronomy Presenter at the Royal Observatory Greenwich, with a love of writing, science communications seemed the perfect path for me.
I am Science Editor at the Roar Newspaper, an award-winning student newspaper based in London. Having worked for such great organisations, I am constantly looking to broaden my horizons through writing and research.
As Student Rep of the ABSW (Association of British Science Writers), I aim to make more journalistic opportunities available to STEM students across the country.

What type of articles does Anoushka publish?
My main focus has always been astrophysics but I do occasionally delve into other topics including the struggles of chronic illness, administrative failures, and the art of origami.
As Science Editor at Roar, I edit articles on topics ranging from Maths and Physics to Biology and Medicine.
How often does Anoushka publish new articles?
The frequency of publication varies. Expect new articles every few weeks, with more frequent updates during peak times. Quality and accuracy are paramount.
